Open Hands Community Care
Open Hands Community Care is the not-for-profit outreach and social services ministry of the Church, seeking to contribute to the capacity, building and transforming of lives of people living with disadvantages. We seek to enhance the wellbeing and quality of life of youths, children, men and women alike, whilst creating, protecting and promoting a healthy and peaceful platform for a better tomorrow. Helping individuals and families reach their full potentials and thus live their lives abundantly (John 10:10) is the overarching mandate of Open Hands Community Care.
At Open Hands Community Care, we support the underprivileged in our community through the provision of care services and meeting the diverse needs of the people, especially those from CALD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse) Backgrounds.
We hope that through our outreach programs, the love of Jesus will be seen and lives will be changed. We are the hands, the feet and the heart of Jesus in this hurting world with a desire to bring salvation to the lost.
